Ofer Zohar, the owner of "Etz Hamishalot" (in Hebrew: "The Wishing Tree") is the company's chief designer, and the third generation in a family of expert carpenters. In his many years in the business, Ofer succeeded to create an ultimate combination in designing dining tables – a unique combination between a fashioned and modern look, functionality, comfort, luxury, as well as the best possible finish and quality.

The company is owned by Ofer Zohar, a furniture designer specializing in the production of dining room sets and complementary hospitality furniture, based on a variety of proprietary development. 

 

The company's main goal is to produce luxurious furniture products which upgrade the hospitality experience around the dining table, while maintaining the highest possible quality, design and uncompromising comfort. Etz Hamishalot is a green brand, making use of trees which were specially planted for the use of the carpentry industry.  

 

 

Etz Hamishalot won the Design and Innovation Prize on behalf of the Manufacturers Association of Israel for the second consecutive year
